Abstract

Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of Shexiangbaoxin Pills-Naoxintong combination on the unstable angina pectoris.Methods Used random grouping,the control group was given routine treatment,and the treatment group was treated with routine therapy combined with Shexiangbaoxin Pill and Naoxintong Capsule.The patients were given Sublingual Shexiangbaoxin Pills and nitroglycerin respectively when angina pectoris attacked.Results Total effective rate was 95.00% in the reatment group and 82.50% in the control group,the significant efficiency were 87.50% and 72.50%,and there were significant differences(P 0.05).Total effective rate was 90.62% in Shexiangbaoxin Pill group and 92.08% in nitroglycerin group when angina pectoris attacked,and there were no significant differences.Conclusion Shexiangbaoxin Pills-Naoxintong combination is safe and effeetive to improve the unstable angina pectoris.The curative effect of Shexiangbaoxin Pill in treating angina pectoris attacking is exact.
