Abstract
This experiment was aimed to optimize the water and alcohol extraction process of chlorogenic acid from Lonicera confusa. Yield of chlorogenic acid was investigated by HPLC assay with orthogonal test. The results showed that : the optimum extraction condition was: 70% ethanol as solvent,solid- liquid ratio of 1∶ 10,extraction for 1. 5h,extraction temperature at 90 ℃,extracting twice. This method is convenient in operating. It is reproducible and has fairly high yield of chlorogenic acid.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
