Application of mesh-plug in tension-free hernia repair clinical effect observation

Objective To explore the application of mesh-plug tension-free hernia repair in inguinal hernia patients clinical curative effect.Methods In our hospital from 2009 March to 2011 March for inguinal hernia operation inpatients 200 cases of clinical data bank comparative analysis.Results The traditional surgery group mean operation time is newly type technique group was shorter(11 + 4) minutes,new operation group of postoperative pain was the traditional surgery group had lower 21%;new type technique group the postoperative recurrence rate was 7% lower than traditional surgical procedures.Conclusion The patients with inguinal hernia line of mesh-plug tension-free mesh-plug Hernioplasty Treatment Satisfaction,low recurrence rate,less pain of patients,high acceptability,is a good treatment of inguinal hernia.
