Abstract
Statistic data shown that the residents' income gap has been enlarging in recent years in China. How to shorten this gap in order to fulfill the social fairness is one of urgent tasks for Chinese government. This article has done some research from the light of readjustment of the relationship between efficiency and fairness in China's income distribution policy and hope these thoughts is useful for the perfection of China's income distribution system.
