Abstract

According to objective statistics,in recent years,the gap of income between residents in China is becoming larger gradually.The polarization between the rich and the poor is becoming serious.The gap of residents' income is shown in the difference between urban and rural areas,regional difference and difference between industries.Besides,various informal income's existence makes the gap larger.This paper puts forward some countermeasures and proposals to solve the too large gap between residents under the condition of “efficiency and fairness”.
