Abstract
Reasonable income distribution system is an important expression of social fairness,while straightening out the income distribution relations is a requirement that the public share economic development result and deepen reform,which involves the public's interest and enthusiasm.In China,income distribution relation needs adjusting: the growth rate of income is slow,income gap is enlarging,the interest relation is unclear,and the fairness is not enough.Hence,to smooth income distribution relation,we need insist on the principles of balancing three parts' interest and efficiency and fairness,and distribution according to contribution.In practice,we need play an effective role of market and government in income redistribution.
