On Similarities and Differences of Teachers' Vocational Teaching Ability Training in Private Higher Vocational Colleges and Public Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract
Facing the increasingly fierce competition,strengthening the training of teachers' vocational teaching ability is the key to improve teaching quality and promote the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges. Private vocational education is a part of vocational education. There are some similarities as well as some differences in the training of teachers ' vocational teaching ability in private higher vocational colleges and public higher vocation colleges.
