Abstract
Based on the review of the relevant researches in the field of investor relation's management, this research analyzed the relationship between investor relation's management and investor satisfaction, developed a theoretical model, and gave an empirical test. A sample of 241 investors of listed companies was used to test the model we presented. The result indicates that investor relation management has a positive effect on governance structure, financial performance and investor satisfaction. At the same time, listed companies' governance structure and financial performance play important roles in building and sustaining investor satisfaction.
