Abstract
This paper measures the level of investor relations developed by China listed companies based on the theory of relationship value and examines the relationship between investor relations and capital cost.The evaluation system of investor relations is composed of four subgroups:trust,commitment,satisfaction,communication and emphasizes the nature of investor relations nonfinancial disclosure and interactive communications.This paper provides some proofs for investor relations' value by the empirical research and the data is from both annual reports and internet websites.
