An Empirical Investigation of Investor Relationship Management and Investment Satisfaction in Listed Companies

Abstract

Based on the review of the relevant researches in the field of investor relationship management, this research analyzed the relationship between investor relationship management and investment satisfaction, developed a theoretical model, and made an empirical test. A sample of 241 investors of listed companies was used to test the model we presented. The result indicates that investor relationship management has a positive effect on governance structure, financial performance and investment satisfaction. At the same time, listed companies' governance structure and financial performance play partly intermediate roles in building and sustaining investment satisfaction.
