Harmonious Governance:The Inevitable Choice of Governance Paradigm of Government

Abstract

Harmonious governance puts emphasis on the harmony of governance body,process and result.It is not only the ideal governance that people have been pursuing for thousands of years,but also the realistic need of present construction of harmonious society.To realize harmonious governance,governance idea,behavior,mechanism and relationship must be reformed.
