Abstract
The experiment was designed to evaluate the treatment efficacies of diclazuril,amprolium,nicarbazin,sulfachloropyrazine sodium and suladimethoxypyrimidine against E.tenella isolated from chickens in Guoluo of Qinghai province based on the percent of optimum anticoccidial activity(POAA),reduction of lesion scores(RLS),relative oocyst production(ROP) and anticoccidial index(ACI).The results revealed that the E.tenella was sensitive to amprolium and diclazuril,and resistant to other drugs on different levels,complete resistant to sulfa compound on-sulfadimethoxypyrimidine(ACI=108.6).It is suggested that amprolium and diclazuril can he used in Guoluo's poultry farm.
