Abstract
Two strains of Eimeria tenella were isolated from Xinlipu and Xinmin district,Shenyang city,Liaoning province.After reproduction,two strains of E.tenella were tested by diclazuril,maduramcin,salinomycin and sanbaoqiujing respectively to measure the resistance.Based on the criteria of the percent of optimum anticoccidial activity(POAA),relative oocysts production(ROP),reduction of lesion score(RLS),and anticoccidial index(ACI),the results showed that the Xinlipu strain was middle level drug-resistance to sanbaoqiujing and heavy resistance to the others.While Xinmin strain was middle and light level drug-resistance to Sanbaoqiujing and diclazuril respectively.
