Abstract

The efficacy of cmbined Diclazuril with Amprolium and Levamisole against Eimeria tenella was conducted out in this trial. The dosages of Diclzuril,Amprolium and Levamisole were designed as 6 groups by even design. Each bird was infected with 1×10~5 sporulated oocysts of E.tenella at the age of 15 days and the birds of test groups were fed with drugs 2 days prior to infection.Anticoccidial efficacy was evaluated by anticoccidial index(ACI),weight gain, oocysts per gram feces, lesion scores and mortality. The result showed that the most effective combination was 5 mg/kg Diclazuril,240 mg/kg Amprolium and 1.5 mg/kg Levamisole, which its ACI、lesion score and chicken survival rate was(181.97)、15.5 and 100% respectively; The single Diclzuril(2 mg/kg) was ineffective, for its ACI,lesion score and chicken survival rate was(79.35)、34 and 65% respectively. It suggested that Diclazuril combinating with Amprolium and Levamisole properly could enhance the efficacy.
