Abstract
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography(TVS)in ectopic pregnancy. Methods Fifty-eight cases of doubtful clinical diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy underwent transabdominal ultrasonography(TAS)and TVS.The two examination results were recorded and were contrasted. Results The accuracy rate of TAS was 69%(40/58),but the one of TVS was 96.6%(56/58).Conclusion TVS is the first-line method in diagnosing ectopic pregnancy and plays an important clinical application role.
