Clinical Observation on Treating Early Diabetic Nephropathy by Xinding Injection

objective: To explore the effect of Xinding injection on blood sugar, urinary albumen, blood flow of early diabetic mephropathy patients. Methods: 64 cases of diabetic mephropathy with 30～300mg/h urinary albumin were randomly divided into A group (30 cases) and B group (34 cases). A group were treated by routine method including decreasing blood sugar, controlling blood pressure and adjusting fat. B group was injected by Xinding for four weeks after routine trea tment. The blood sugar. kidney function, total TCH, urinary albumen and were compared. Results: After treatment the urinary albumen and hemorheology in A group were obviously improved and those in B group were little changed. The comparison between two groups has significant difference (P0.01). Conclusion: Xinding injection has protective function on diabetic nephropathy by expanding blood vessel, changing micro circulation.
