The Influence of Gender Inequalities in Female Employment and Countermeasure

As a social phenomenon,the glass ceiling effect blocks female career paths, which not only obviously violates the trends of modernization, but also goes against social harmony . Based on the analysis of connotation, present situation and reason of the glass ceiling according to the principle of sexual equality, the writer suggests to envisage gender difference from women themselves, enterprise and government , and endow fair starting point, opportunity on bisexual career development to break the glass ceiling and construct the social harmony of sexual equality.
