Assessment of Relative Varibles about Prethrombosis State in Patients with Pregnancy-induced Hypertension Syndrome

To study changes of the hemorrheology,coagulation,and fibrinolytic system in patients with pregnancy_induced hypertension syndrome(PIH).Methods:To examine the platelet alphagranule membraneprotein(GMP_140),vonwillebrand factor(vWF),antithrombin III activity(AT_III),plasminogen activity(PLG),the activity of tissue_type plasminogen activator(t_PA),and plasminogen activator inhibitor(PAI) in 20 non_pregnancy,20 normal pregnancy women,and 62 patients with PIH.Results:vWF,GMP_140,PLG,D_Dimer,and PAI were significantly higher in PIH group than those in control group.The activities of AT_III and Proc in HIP group were significantly lower than those in control group(P0.01).There was no significant difference in t_PA between HIP and control group(P0.05).Conclusion:There are elevated platelet activation,fibrinolytic activity,and injury of vascular endothelium in patients with PIH.Antenatal examination of coagulation function has a high value in prevention and treatment of HIP.
