On Training Creative lalented Personnel in Higher Institutions

Social progress derives from creativity. Higher institution is the cradle from which talented personnel are turned out. Training personnel with creative mind is the basie task as well as the integrated contents of the o,uality-oriented education in colleges and universities. To turn out talented personnel with high-quality and creative mind, some outmoded notions of education should be removed so as to lay a solid foundation for creative education; both educational system and the internai administrative system in colleges and universities should also be renewed, which may create an ideal circumstance for training creative talented personnel. Furthermore, our educational pattern must be renovated and reform in e-ducation must be also deepened so as to produce a better way of education. Last but not the least, we should create an ideal circumstance on the campers, vvhich may help to train creative talented personnel.
