On the Teaching Reform in Universities and Colleges during the Period of Transformation

Abstract

The higher education is in the period of transformation. Expanded enrollment results in different levels of the students. Faced with the realistic situation, some educators are worried, and some doubtful, but more work at practical study. We think that since the reality confronts us, we must face it squarely. We should change our ideas, reform actively and offer our advice about practicing the transformation in universities and colleges and training high quality talented persons who can adapt to the need of talent market.
