Analysis of influence factors about farmers housing type selection based on the village regulation

Based on survey data of 532 farmers in Yuzhong,using Logistic model,influential factors on farmers residential housing type chiose were analyzed.The results showed that the ages of farmers,education level,family scale,family income,average homestead area and types of houses have significant influence on the aspiration of farmers to choose residential housing types.More specifically,the education degrees of farmers and the farmer's family income have positive correlation to the aspiration of farmers to choose residential housing types,the higher education degrees of farmers,namely the higher farmer's family income,the stronger will on choosing residential area.Farmers' age,family scale,average homestead area and housing types have negative correlation to aspiration of farmers to choose residential housing types,that is to say,the older the farmers' age,the more of family members,the greater the average homestead area,the higher the existing buildings floor,the weaker of the will the farmers choose the residential district.
