Farmers' Willingness of Rural Residential Land Exits Based on the Logistic Model

The influencing factors for farmers' willingness of rural residential land exits were analyzed by using logistic model,which will provide advices and reference for promoting rural residential land exists.The results showed that there are six significant factors which affect the farmers' willingness in thirteen optional factors,including age of farmer,average family net income,number of rural residential land,proportion of farm income,whether to buy house in urban areas and whether farmers have vocational skills.The age of farmer,the average family net income and whether to buy house in urban areas play a negative role;the average family net income,the number of rural residential land and whether the farmer has vocational skills play a positive role.
