Abstract

Objective Relatively small incision cataract extraction and phacoemulsification cataract extraction in the postoperative visual acuity corneal astigmatism operation complications impact. Methods Randomly selected pairs of 102 ciataract were treated by small-incision Non phacoemulsification surgery with phacoemulsification with the observed clinical efficacy after two. Results After 3 months of small-incision extracapsular cataract surgery and phacoemulsification surgery group astigmatism were 1.58 ± 0.89 D and 1.57 ± 0.88 D,visual acuity greater than 0.3,respectively 97.02% and 96.89%,corneal edema subsided after half a month after the operation. Conclusion Two kinds of surgical method similar efficacy after 3 months,small-incision extracapsular cataract surgery can be vigorously promoted in prinary hospital without phacoemulsification instrumen.
