Abstract

Objective Relatively small incision phacoemulsification with phacoemulsification cataract two surgical methods of treatment of clinical effect. Methods Retrospective analysis of 43 cases(49) small incision phacoemulsification cataract surgery and 45 patients(50 eyes) phacoemulsification cataract surgery clinical data, statistical analysis of two groups of patient outcomes. Results The mean operative time, postoperative visual acuity and so the difference was not statistically significant(P 0.05),postoperative complications, slightly higher than phacoemulsification small incision phacoemulsification, but the difference was not statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Small incision phacoemulsification cataract surgery with small incision, few complications, simple, low cost, without expensive equipment, etc.,the primary hospital for the application of a good way.
