Based on the current situation that the colonization psychology and visual design ethnic language is weakening,it discussed the requirement of graphic design in universal aspects,introduced the dialectical relationship between regional and international in graphic design.Based on the culture complementary and spirits care of visual language,it proposed the possibility of realizing universal language in graphic design,to provide reference for modern graphic design.
