Abstract

Through the analysis of the meaning of the symbolic language and purpose of graphic design,it discussed the significance of the symbolic language in graphic design,that graphic design more attractive to the audience;richer and diverse expression of graphic design;graphic design has a strong visual impact;graphic design can be more fully reflect the regional and national character.Research showed that the role of sign language in the graphic design was multifaceted and multi angle.
