The construction of a high quality lab technician team is a guarantee for the teaching and scientific research of colleges and universities and a prerequisite for constructing high quality universities.Based on analyses of the status quo of lab technician team in Hefei University of Technology.This paper probed into the program of exaltation and inspiring on lab technician team with three setups and one training.The status of lab technician team is ensured by setting up key posts.A platform is constructed by establishing teaching and researching programs.The encouragement of lab technician team is ensured by setting up incentive mechanisms,and the promotion of lab technician team is ensured by establishing learning systems.These measures are producing favorable effect for constructing a high level lab technician team.
