Abstract
Strengthening construction of lab technician team is an important issue for creating high-level universities and first-class discipline.This article analysed the challenges,status and problem of the agronomy college laboratory of the Northwest A F University.The corresponding countermeasures were adopted,and the construction of lab technician team obtained initial success.
