Therapeutic effects of Huganning pill on patients with drug induced hepatitis

Abstract
[Objective]To observe the therapeutic effects of Huganning pill on patients with drug induced hepatitis.[Methods]One hundred and fifty nine patients with anti-tuberculosis drug induced hepatitis were divided randomly into 2 groups: treated group(n=106)and control group(n=53),which were treated with Huganning pill and Gantaile pill for 4 weeks respectively.Both clinical symptoms and liver function parameters were measured before and after treatment.[Results]Both the parameters of liver function and the clinical symptoms of treated group were improved more obviously compared with those of control group(P0.01).[Conclusion]It has been suggested that Huganning pill has significant therapeutic effects on drug induced hepatitis.Huganning pill improves liver function and clinical symptoms excellently.Huganning pill has no side effects and is safe to use.
