Clinical Observation of "Keliu Pill" in Treating Malignant Tumor

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Keliu in treating malignant tumor. Methods 83 subjects were randomized into three groups: group A with the Pill, group B with the Pill and chemotherapy and group C with only chemotherapy, with a course of 8 weeks. The near-term effects, clinical syndrome and life quality were observed. Results In group A, the relief rate was 6.67% and control rate 50.00%, with no difference between the three groups (P 0.05); in improving clinical syndrome, the improvement rates were 43.33%, 74.07% and 53.84% respectively (P 0.05), with best results in group B; there was no difference in life quality between the three groups (P 0.05). Conclusion This Pill can stabilize the tumor and inhibit its growth; chemotherapy can complement the Pill in function.
