Abstract

Efficiency evaluation is an important work in large-scale instruments management.The determination of an equitable evaluation index system,scientifically and objectively evaluation and effective use of evaluation results are the key to efficiency evaluation.This paper discussed the five principles in large-scale instruments efficiency evaluation,which are scientificalness,guidance,reliability,operability,and effectiveness.It introduced the index system,practice,effectiveness and problems in efficiency evaluation in Wuhan University.It also discussed perfection of efficiency evaluation of large-scale instruments.
