The Use of Evaluation Means in the Design of Performance Evaluation System for Power Plant

Based on the performance evaluation practice of certain power plant,this paper proposes a new idea in designing performance evaluation system for power plant,which appropriate means of evaluation are applied in different management levels and departments to ensure the comprehensiveness and feasibility of the evaluation system.The design can become a reference to the enterprises of the same type.
