Abstract
Efficiency evaluation of large-scale instruments exerts great influence on prompting the investment efficiency and use benefit. However, the existing evaluation system has its shortcomings. Taking input and output into consideration, the paper discusses the feasibility of data analysis on management and practice information of large-scale instruments based on EDA method. It takes empirical analysis in the aspects of comprehensive benefit, pure technical efficiency and scale benefit. It aims at analyzing advantages and limitations of this evaluation methods and proposing countermeasures and advice on optimizing the existing evaluation system.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
