Discussed in College English teaching cross-cultural communication abilities

With the college English teaching reform and the deepening globalization of higher education,human resources community for the integrated use of English language proficiency requirements for continuous improvement,for the cultivation of cross-cultural communicative competence has become the current university important element of English education.In this paper,the concept of cross-cultural communication and cross-cultural communication start with the principle of capacity—building proposed in the current university education to strengthen cross—cultural communication in a specific strategy for capacity building.
