Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of amiodarone on patients with coronary heart disease and ventricular arrhythmia. Methods Ninety two patients with coronary heart disease combined with ventricular arrhythmia were divided randomly into control group and treatment group, with 46 patients in each group. The control group received propafenone and the treatment group received amiodarone.the effects after treatment for two weeks were evaluated. Results The total therapeutic effect of the treatment group was 93.48%,and the control group was 78.26%,with statistically significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of amiodarone on coronary heart disease combined with ventricular arrhythmia patients is definite, worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
