Analysis of amiodarone in the treatment of coronary heart disease and the effect of patients with ventricular arrhythmia.

Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of amiodarone treatment taken coronary heart disease with ventricular arrhythmia patients.Methods In 74 cases of coronary heart disease methods in our hospital in April 2010 to October 2012 were treated with ventricular arrhythmia patients,using random number table group,were divided into study group and control group,each group of 37 cases.The two groups were given conventional treatment and nursing measures of Department of Cardiology,the study group received the treatment of amiodarone,propafenone treatment given to the control group.For second months after treatment,compared two groups of patients with clinical total effective rate.Results The study group 22 cases,3 cases ineffective,the total efficiency was 91.9%,control group 13 cases,8 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 78.4%,there was significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).Two groups of patients in the process of treatment,there were no gastrointestinal discomfort,skin allergies and other adverse drug reaction.Conclusion Amiodarone in improvement of ventricular arrhythmia is better than propafenone,and has the characteristics of high security,it is worth popularizing in clinic.
