Abstract

OBJECTIVE To investigate the mycoplasma infection of women with nongonococcal vaginitis and antibiotic susceptibility,to guide rational drug use.METHODS 984 samples were cultured, and identified with Mycoplasma Susceptibility Kit and carried on susceptibility test.RESULTS Overall positive infection rate for mycoplasma was 63.7%,mixed infection rates of ureaplasma(Uu),Mycoplasma hominis(Mh),Uu+Mh 42.6%,1.9%,19.2%.Drug susceptibility results showed:sensitivities of mycoplasma to doxycycline, minocycline, josamycin were better, the resistance rate to erythromycin was highest;incidence of multiple drug resistance of mycoplasma was high.CONCLUSION Hospital infections in females patients are with very high detection rate,in particular,Uu,and Uu+Mh infection;drug-resistance is the more serious in mycoplasma;pathogen detection and susceptibility test are of great significance to guide clinical treatment and control the spread of the disease.Doxycycline, minocycline and Josamycin might be as our experience medication in treating mycoplasma.
