Abstract

The national Hi-Tech Parks have become an important economic development area in China now,facilifating combination of science and technology with economy.The talents resource is a crucial guarantee for Hi-Tech industri- alization and Hi-Tech Park development.Based on the strategic elements,the paper focuses on the concrete analysis of the domestic and international environment and national Hi-Tech Park conditions for talents strategy.In the following, the instruction thoughts and the aims of talents strategy are brought forward,and the strategy emphases and countermeas- ures are further discussed.
