Abstract

National hi-tech industrial parks not only provide a platform for hi-tech industries,but also possess strategic values in promoting regional economy and strengthening international competitiveness.Based on a study of the planning background,a rational and scientific assessment of their comprehensive advantages and leading roles in development must be made so as to guarantee the parks to fulfill their missions in regional and national economic development.
