On Five Strategies for the Second Development of Hi-tech Parks

Abstract

With the economic globalization and China's entry to the WTO, the hi-tech parks in China meet both new developing opportunities and serious challenges. In order to smoothly and rapidly develop our hi-tech parks in the complicated situation, we must pay enough attention to the study and the application of strategies. The author puts forward some suggestions on the rapid development of the Chinese hi-tech parks from such five aspects of technology as the innovation system, services, learning organizations, development programs and brand construction. Then, five strategies for the second development of our hi-tech parks are presented.
