Abstract
Liquid-liquid extraction is used to refining solanesol in this paper.The extraction conditions of solanesol saponification liquid such as extraction solvent volume,temperature,time and extractive grades are studied,and orthogonal tests are made.Results show that the content of solanesol can be refined to 70% from saponification liquid of 5.0 g crude solanesol with a separation coefficient of 27.58 after three grades of extraction under the conditions as follows:100 mL of extractive solvent,30℃ of extracting temperature,45 minutes of extracting time with extracting solvent removed.
