The Issue of Farmer Workers'Wage in the Perspective of Labor Value Theory

Farmer workers are a unique class under China's dual urban-rural system.They are a special combination of the status of farmer with the occupation of worker.At present,farmer workers are generally paid poorly,and often tardily or shortly.This is mainly because the supply of labor force exceeds the market demand,farmer workers' acceptable wage is low and the organization is poor.Therefore,in order to accelerate modernization drive and promote the construction of a harmonious society,we should create fair employment conditions,standardize employing system of enterprises,strengthen education among farmer workers,and improve channels for them to protect their rights.
