Abstract
A pot experiment was carried out to study the effects of applying Na 2SeO3 and selenium ore powders on the absorption and transformation of selenium in Cardamine violifolia. The results showed that the selenium content and accumulation were significantly increased after applied selenium, and the selenium accumulation of different parts was leaf stem root. Compared with two kinds of selenium, the effects of increasing selenium application rate was better with applying selenium ore powders than Na 2 SeO 3 when the dosage of selenium was low,and it was opposited when the dosage of selenium application rate was high. The trend of inorganic selenium into organic selenium ratio of leaf was improved with the applying of selenium ore powders than Na2SeO3. The selenium availability was raised by the proper application of selenium. The ligandexchangeable and residual selenium of soil was mainly increased by using of Na2SeO3 and selenium ore powders, respectively.
