Abstract
The combined forms, distribution rule and corresponding content of selenium in selenium-enriched tea were studied by using Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometer. The total selenium content was 533. 5 μg / kg,and organic selenium was the main form storing in the tea, which accounted for 83. 66% of total selenium. The selenium in protein was the main organic selenium form, which accounted for 76. 35%,and part of selenium and the nucleic acid and the polysaccharide union were contained.
