Abstract
The distribution and combined forms of selenium in burley with adding selenium plant in pots were studied. It is found that burley can enrich selenium through the leaves of absorbing selenite and transform selenium into various organic selenium by metabolism. Nucleic acid, polysaccharide and protein combined selenium were main occurrence patterns, accounting for 2. 30% , 10. 95% ,74. 54% of the total Se. The organic selenium of biological mac-romolecule accounts for over 87% in total selenium; The contents of combined selenium of constituent of grade salting - out in protein hold 41. 05% ,26. 49% ,21. 46% , 12. 81% ,0. 25% in total Se - protein, and Se content arrangement was DCBEA.
