Abstract
The farmer work is a special social community in the special history of China,however,the legal rights of the large farmer work are subjected to the invasion,thus have seriously affected the harmonious and stable of city.As the important guarantee of setting up harmonious society,and the last and the most emollient means,the legal aid are facing many difficulties,therefore,it is very necessary to establish and to perfect the legal aid system to fully exertive the function and the value potential.
