Analysis of the Legal Aid System in the New Rural Construction

Abstract

Legal aid system is important both to safeguard the legitimate farmers' rights and interests and to build a harmonious new countryside.However,there are still some problems in the current legal aid work in rural areas,so analysis of the operation difficulties,and adoption of practical measures to solve these problems are inherent requirements to not only construct a harmonious new countryside,but also promote social justice and maintaining social harmony and stability.
