Abstract

The legal aid system,as an indispensable judicial relief system,helps the inferior group out of economic difficulties in nature.The improvement of such system is good for solving social conflicts for a harmonious society.There are many problems in Chinese aid system.It is proposed to establish multiple legal aid systems with efficient fund developing choices.
