Analysis of Knowledge Share Game in the Process of Enterprise Co-operation R&D

There exist knowledge sharing game in the process of enterprises co-RD.Knowledge sharing game is an important knowledge behavior in the process of enterprises co-RD.The research can effectively identify game process among knowledge sharing main body and provides the basis of strategic choices for enterprise co-RD.By using game theory to analyze knowledge sharing conflict and its reasons in the process of enterprises co-RD,this paper puts forward path selection and its solution of knowledge sharing game.On this basis,this paper constructs knowledge sharing game model,finds the equilibrium solution of knowledge sharing game model,analyzes equilibrium solution of knowledge sharing game model,points out the game behavior strategy of knowledge sharing in the process of enterprise co-RD,and improves knowledge sharing effect in the process of enterprise co-RD.
