On the Value of Economic Law of Benefit Delivered and Safety Economic

Abstract

Through studying the condition that economic law exists by the humanity,the thesis concludes that economic law has reason by putting the relation between civil society and economic law.In modern times,the main current value are fair,justice,efficiency and safety of national economics,realizing the importance of using the value of economic law will bring interests for us when we construct the society with justice and harmony.
